Acting Chief Executive Officer
Has with more than 25 years of experience with financial institutions in various capacities with different organizations in Oman and GCC. He led many organizations at the level of Executive Management or Board of Directors in different sectors such as Food, Aviation, Industrial, Oil & Gas, and others.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and is Fellow member with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Mr. Muhammad Kashif Yaqoob
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Muhammad Kashif Yaqoob is the Deputy CEO of the company. Mr. Yaqoob has over 22 years of experience with multinational financial groups including 10 years international experience at C level positions. He has worked as CEO of ORIX Group’s Joint Venture in Kazakhstan and has represented ORIX Group as Member on Board of Directors in Joint Venture Companies in Oman and Egypt. Mr. Yaqoob has conducted consultancy assignments on behalf of ORIX Group in Russia, Mongolia & Poland etc. He has worked in several positions with ORIX Group in Pakistan and handled areas including Corporate Planning, Operating Lease, New Business Development & International Operations. Mr. Yaqoob carries Master’s in Business Administration from IBA Karachi and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from N.E.D. University of Engineering & Technology Karachi.
Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Maimani
DGM – Head of Special Asset Management
Mohamed Ali Al-Maimani, the Deputy General Manager – Head of Special Asset Management at Taageer Finance Company, is a seasoned professional in banking and non-banking finance with over 30 years of experience.Prior to joining Taageer Finance Co., Mohamed worked at Oman Development Bank as Head of Loan Management and Head of Human Resources. He also spent 16 years at Oman International Bank and served as head of Head of Human Resources and Training and branch manager in 4 branches.Mr. Al-Maimani is recognized for his dynamic approach, flexibility in strategic planning, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to solve complex issues. He holds a master’s in business administration, a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, and a Banking Diploma. Additionally, he is a Certified Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute.
Mr. Mustafa Al-Lawati

Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on resource planning, enhancing productivity and business profitability. Strong creative and team building skills with a proven track record of training and motivating the team to deliver high quality work. He holds a master’s in law – Private Law – Al Buraimi University College and master’s in business administration – University of Bedfordshire.
